Today the one thing i learned was
*Communication Factors act as a lens.
*If you have a conflict with somebody. Somebody in the larger family solves it.
*With a larger family maybe two people will solve it.

If you watch Ti kwan do. They will bow to each other before they start.
Face work = respect. Prevent other people from losing face. This you have to deal with culturally to get over this.

In a collectivist society, you are there for the group. so you have a win-win situation.
