Mango Cheesecake with a pistachio and date paste crust and Pomegranate Syrup

I took a break from the books this weekend to experiment with a dessert

Cheescake:
1 lbs. low fat cream cheese
1/3 cup granulated sugar
3 tbls flower
1 puree mango

Crust:
1/2 cup pistachio shelled(make sure they are shelled)
3 tbls. date past

syrup
1 cup pomegranate juice
1/4 cup + 2tblp sugar
